BETTER supplies Rotary / Vibrator Drilling Grade D PSL1 5000psi W.P. – 10000psi Test , Grade E PSL1 7500psi W.P. – 15000psi Test , API Spec 7K, 2 ½”, 3”, 3 ½”, 4”, 5” , which is recommended for flexible connection between standpipe and swivel(Rotary Drilling) or between mud pump and standpipe ( Rotary Vibrator) for pumping mud at extra high pressure in oil drilling work.
Its construction: Modified nitrile tube (for handling abrasive, corrosive and oily drilling mud), multiple layers of reinforcement under cover (steel cables with adhesion fabric placed), and modified nitrile cover layer (resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cutting, gouging, oil and weather).
Coupling: Swaged-API Male Line pipe threads standard. Butt-welded coupling is recommended.
Fittings: Hammer unions-female sub/male sub with nut, hubs, flanges
Optional: Accessories such as Safety Clamps, Hose lift eye, collar clamp and stainless steel armor are available.
